Yea, currently there is a 100% crash if you activate elevator with 5 bots or more, so just play with 4 bots for now. There is also another rare crash when playing with bots and opening the scoreboard after someone got disconnected. Can play with the scoreboard off to avoid it. These crashes are fixed in my test version of the mod but I haven't uploaded it yet

Mods in Vermintide are never server side (as in automatically downloaded when players join). Everyone needs to have this mod if you want to play with more than 4 people

The mod is still not loaded, right? When you are in game you can also press F4 to see which mods are loaded. If you select the mods and launch modded realm correctly but still don't see in game, then you probably have the issue with user settings config file set to "read-only". If this file is read-only then the game will reset your settings every time you open it, and you will not be able to turn on new mods. If the file is not on read-only and it still doesn't work, then I would try deleting the user_settings.config file. But if somehow both host and player who joined have the mod loaded and still can't play as same hero then please let me know, I have actually never tested the mod on two new accounts

it's exactly what we're doing, Framework is on top and we Launch Modded Realm

Select modded realm in the launcher and move Vermintide Mod Framework on top. If you loaded the mod correctly it will say "BTMP | v0.43.26" when you enter the game

Yes but I recommend adding only 7 bots because 8 will lag heavily. Having more players does not add lag though
