This is just not even a tf2 character anymore, just because you can replace the head doesn’t mean you should completely change the identity of recognisability of pyro

The head replacement is too out there, even for halloween. At least most halloween head replacements still have the pyro's head looking like a head, even if it's not human. This is just replacing it with an orb

Having the scarf and the crystal balls as a replacement to the grenades would be cool. As for a head replacement, I don't know. It looks very out of place, and I understand that effort and work was put into this (it's well modeled, textures are fine and the animation looks cool), but still...
