Looks like there's a bit of a copy and paste mixup happening with the tips for VFE Settlers and Classical.

"VFE Settlers Tips.xml" contents are identical to "VFE Classical Tips.xml".

This results in a startup error that there are two Ferny_VFEClassicalTips definitions that are skipped. If there are meant to be tips for VFE Settlers, they're missing.

This is ambitious, I love it. One thing I would suggest is to maybe have something similar to "what's that mod" when a tip shows up to know which mod it's talking about.
