Yes, indeed it works. Looks like companion AI 2.12 also has inventory xml override

I will double check.
tested, mod definitely works by just subscribing.
But it does not work with Gamepad UI!. Its keyboard and mouse only.
Also doesnt work if u enabled Enhanced Edition UI (Which is gamepad UI)

Needs to be turned of if you did.

does not seems to work after just subscribing. Same as inspect and conversation. Does it require some manual actions also?
