For being such a deep cut, this character is really polished. The only issue I can really think of is that it doesn't feel like the tipper on the forward air is as strong as it should be... maybe I'm just not used enough to rivals to know what the average aerial knockback is.

I really liked Pac & Pal when I was a kid but I remember almost nothing about it & this is the first time I've ever seen it mentioned or referenced.
