You have to set this addon to load before base Actmod in Gmod's properties for it to work

@AhmedMake400 Makes sense. I know only so much about the source engine, and the way I see it mp3s seem to not have any priority at all compared to wavs. This is just me going off my knowledge of mods that improve sounds for other mods.

Well I can tell you that it might conflict with the original sounds in ActMod, which means it might not work for a lot of people, because simply when something conflicts with something else, the game sometimes randomly chooses which one will be the priority to use.
