Style 2 is waaay better

i think a second set of styles without the rear pouches and backpack would look really good

It was based off a few versions of webbing, this one might have been one of the inspirations but I'm not sure. Mostly inspired by British webbing as that's the ones I have most experience with

New paint style is a lot better though I don't think the first should exist, it is a solid yes from me at this point.

@TankOfDarkness Hey, Yea they are item styles, I had some comments earlier down who said that the paint region was odd. So I made a new version which is less painted and is currently on the workshop as a hidden upload (paint style 2).
I personally prefer style 2 now! But since I had already made style 1 I figured I would leave it up as someone might prefer the whole paint region, it looks pretty good with some of the natural/neutral paints so I thought why not!

Question: Are the two paint styles shown in the gallery similar to item styles? Or is 'Paint Style 2' an updated version of the previous paint region labelled as 'Paint'? The reason I'm asking is I left a comment suggesting that you remove the paint region labelled 'Paint', which I have since deleted because I felt it right to ask you for clarification.

@Zeugziumy I just checked, they can be worn together but there is a lot of clipping, I don't think it looks very good personally, Ill put it on Loadout.tf and you can test things yourself

Would this be compatible with the Borscht Belt? Perhaps use the same equip_region as the Heavy Harness (towel), so the Borscht Belt can be equipped together, if it doesn't clip too much.

I just tested it again, I must have done something different because it looks alright now, Ill upload a 2nd style with the new paint region and add new pictures here soon

Mm, I did experiment originally with making them like the siberian tigerstripe paint region but I couldn't get it to look good

is more like the full paint separates too much the pounchs from the belt, making them look like they badly glued.

It's not even about team color here, it just looks odd to recolor them like that.

The paint regions don't cover any of the team coloured areas, I don't think it'll confuse players if someone has it painted. It's just nice to give people the option to paint if they want

Paint is weird but I really like it otherwise.

The item is good, but i think the whole pounchs/backpack begin paintable kinda irks me.
maybe make paintable only the front straps of them, similar to the Patriotic Pouchs?
