I'm getting a bunch of XML patch errors with your mod since the 1.6 version of ReGrowth 2 doesn't have the RG_TemperateGrassland biome that is in 1.5. (Probably because there is a Grasslands biome in RimWorld itself now.)

what does this do, exactly? I haven't had any problems at all when using Alpha Biomes + Regrowth

Yeah, I can (and probably will... next weekend) but since Helixien returned a missing BiomesKit class reference to ReGrow2 Core you can also use the old 1.5 addons for WMBP with little to no problem I suppose.
