I would appreciate it, I honestly hate stacking mod after mod I think like a good 30% of the mods I've used could have been simple game rules. I think more mods should try to make use of game rules.

@Emperor Nuclear As far as I know, no. Global variables do the same thing and CAN be edited though, so they might be doing that. I'll check it out though

More Interactive Vassals claim they have editable game rules so it's possible no?

In general I don't like game rules, because you only set them while creating the game and they can't be edited. So if anybody wanted to just add this to their game, they can, without having to start a new campaign.

Both a game rule (for new games) and a decision (for active games) has been added, if you would like to disable the AI from using the decision to invite.
