Makes you Harvest Twigs and Grass faster and maybe Berry bushes i believe..

I think meanwhile you simply could do AddTag("fastpicker") to every player. This way it will be compatible to mostly every game update :)

This just spoils players and if they play without it I bet they couldn't last 10 days without readding it. Other than that it's a good way to make the game easier.
