@Pro commando[HTPR] Yes you can. I think you needed to talk to some dude in solitude and then go into some dusty house within which you will be teleported to sheogorath's place. he'll give you a set of tasks after which you'll recieve THE WABBAJACK. just so you know, it's really the most random thing a game could have. I once turned a riverwood guard into a dude in full daedric armour, and someone else got turned into a chicken.
