the problem is likely more that theres no spare tris and I think another colour would look weird

there's no gloves on this those are just heavy's stock hands so that might go a bit against class recognition or something

also might make heavy's fingers really fat cuz you gotta model over the hands...........

It's mostly just the pointy parts that bother me. If simply just those parts would be less exaggerated i think it would look more in tone with tf2's style

it's way too detailed, too much little details like the pockets and the different leather parts and patterns on them. It just looks way too detailed for tf2. It looks cool but having a single type of leather and removing the pattern on the back would had been better. The pointy ends on the shirt collar and the bottom of the vest are a bit too long as well. It makes it look straight like it could be an overwatch character's

OH you meant that, yeah I wasnt sure what to even do there since it really is just a shirt part, I tried an outline originally but it didnt look good, there is also some slight highlights and stuff but idk

I think the dark brown and dark blue areas are fine. The white shirt is basic but also fine, I just think the actual red and actual blue parts of the model to be a bit plain.

Interesting idea, but I feel like the team-colored (red and blue) areas are too solid in color. Not much detail on them. I'd love to see how it would look like if the jacket was in the same colors of Heavy's RED pants, instead of brown (perhaps as a style).
