Fixed StormMK1 (Magnetosphere) sounds, broke references when i moved the sounds to it's own dedicated folder

and as per usual, i probably missed something

yea, but Magnetosphere lost its sounds, woops, its also a reference to a storm from borderlands 2

i rolled an update fixing ProxyC4, i disabled gravity for it's projectile and forgot about that lol

probably some other bugs with mainly online
