Heroes Buff V and Item Forge 20p are not compatible internally with each other, if you want both features at the same time, you have to download other mod. In the description of this mod is attached a link leading you to a thread with a list of all my mods affecting Heroes and / or Item Forge.

get conflict between Heroes Buff - V3 and item forge 20p, somehow I pull one to the last, that last item will be only worked one refer to these two.

This mod and similar ones modify completely different base game rpk file not related to level cap, so technically they cannot override each other.

I think this overrides the Level 30 mod, even with load order sorting. Can't hit over lvl 20 when this is installed

@SkyPhoenixZ1 unless they changed the system which i highly doubt. you will need to make version thats combine both forge and skill points because they use the same file or something. Other mods in the past had this problem.
