@Basilius the Golem If you've already explored all locations in the city before you've installed this mod, then unfortunately you will not be able to draw it from the deck. Instead, you're going to have to spawn the element 'vaultcapital_new'.

i can't figure out how to get the card in the first place. i tried exploring with a lv1 SH card but i got forsaken reach again
