For anyone who didn't see immediate results I tried what worked for other mods. Start a run, abandon it, reboot the game, start a new run. This mod is a must have improvement IMO. Hoping for more parameter tweaking mods in the future.

Thanks for the mod! This is one of the things that i really don't like about this game. I don't want rerolls to be free but i don't want them to be punishing as hell like they are now. Cheers!
