@kwidam I had the same issue

After the script activates, you are no longer able to throw grenades or use pills/adrenaline, as it causes you to switch back to your weapon just before the animation finishes.

It will still have low ammo. This is just to help avoid accidentally using the last bit of fuel which will make it unusable
