I'll admit it, I took the case hardened texture straight from CS. Valve allows editing of their textures and materials, so I went with it, there's no way for me to generate, or draw it in a timely manner. What I did with it however, is make it match the tone of TF2 by softening and desaturating it, whilst adding painterly details.
