i just downloaded it from the workshop and it was fine for me, so the best thing to do is turn off all other mods and restart l4d2. if that doesnt work try unsubscribing, load l4d2, the once the addons have finished loading, quit and try resubscribing to this mod

if the mod is not working it is most likely a conflict between mods. turn off any other addon that change bot behavior, backup ammo limits, cheat mods, changes to infected stats, then restart l4d2
