cool idea but you gotta add to the effect in bright light cause that is how its going to look most of the time

they glow in the dark, you can see em' when you're driving, you just run them over, that's what you do

its a neat idea, but not really well thought out imo
an unusual that only looks good in certain lighting, bright light side of the effect is WAY too subtle like someone else already mentioned before

I think this will have negative gameplay effects, because if its the dark mode on the hat then the players might be confused and think its night time and when the effect glows it'll definitely confuse players and make them think they're playing on a night time map... -rep

Cool idea, but I think the effect in bright areas needs to have alot more going for it than just dark shadows to match with the visual spectacularity of the dark version

The light version is WAY too subtle

I looove this, unintended theme for it but this goes so hard as radiation, and bc it sticks to every part of the hat, it would be SO neat on the manhattan protect, bc it would make the glove glow too like he just had to pick up the elephants foot lol

I’m not sure how I feel about this effect. Why does it glow in the dark? It be pretty confusing to the tf2 player base because looking is hard and none of this makes any sense, also this would confuse players. I’m saying this for no reason.
