This would mess up players by interfering with team recognition. It could also confuse them as to whether or not what they're seeing is a player or a funny ragdoll, but this is a bit easier to stop if this is on a moving taunt. Either way, not good.

@Kingkrool94 Taunts last just a few seconds and if you see an enemy with low health taunting just shoot them and if you see a teammate at low health you have to heal them
