His cyan flash has a special effect if a target is bleeding AND blighted, though, because none of his trinkets, not even rarer ones add that option, much less his camping skills, does that mean he NEEDS another hero or some sort of specific trinket that causes blight to fully utilize of his skills?
It's just an odd kink for him. It would probably make sense to have at least 1 thing, even if it's a rare/cursed trinket, or a temporary camping skill, that would allow them to use their ability in full.
-nerfing the piety camp skill to about 40%, complete immunity to one of the integral aspects of the game is very strong
-reducing the dot res debuff on piercing strike most vanilla debuff attacks only reduce by 20% for 1 of the dots i'd say 20% is reasonable
-The preperation camp buffs skill should go away after 4 battles like other similar skills
Otherwise every thing else is cool great mod
