Its a heavily modified and improved version of this map, with a different playstyle.
In other news I have a good lead on why bots exit their vehicles after embarking - the vehicle cannot find a way to touch the target flag (even though infantery can). Ill fix that part sometime soon.
bots - 150
specs - 8g RAM, intel core I5-5200U, NVIDIA GeForce 930M
it ran fine when im alone, but when theres a group of bots around, the FPS drop massively. so your map is fine. probably

The transport helis too just sit on the ground and eventually also bail out.
It does have temporary fps drops in some cases - guess its related to bots pathing from/to certain points. If anyone somehow manages to notice where it happens im interested!
