I don't think the Witch uses the same cvar as the Tank since it doesn't even notify you who she downed by default (like the Tank does).

@̶D̶ ̶L̶v̶.̶1̶ The command is "hud_deathnotice_threats" with a description of "Show death notices for Tanks and Threats" which I had assumed would have shown the witch as well, but it does not.
