i always thought the animations were too slow and while the animation speed modifier helped i thought it would've been better to implement some edits to the animation even if it's not that accurate to black mesa.

at the moment, only the fall animations are touched because they had the biggest timing problems to me. If people ask i may mess with others as well :3

the original mod allows you to speed up the animations, this one directly edits the original animations in order to remove certain parts. In the showcase video both are on 1x speed
