this map, it reminds me alot of WaW customs with its ambitious mapping. you might try and go for a darker setting next time, as daytime is very hit or miss with this game mode. regardless, keep making maps and doing what you love and you'll make some masterpieces one day, i'm sure of it.
I really love the waw feel to the map an the guns aswell its just nostalgic.
the stuff i recommend for the map
Fine tuning some of the spawns ive noticed they can be a bit buggy
finishing textures outside the map to map it feel complete
Vague parts:
- Melee lunge's can launch you pretty high on some areas.
- Gorod Krovi's quest table in the giant's head was a huge throw-off.
The map, was enjoyable to learn and play around with. Feels like it has a lot of potential.
- Movement feels clunky or awkward when playing multiplayer on higher pings (200ms min).
- The jump scare doesn't work for weapons with 'scoped' in the name (unless it's dependant host).
- Panzers having very far range for it's grapple, sometimes through non-playable ground (if you're at spawn).
- Giant footstep, Flamethrower, Low-health (sound indicator), SFX were loud.
- White skybox when you eject from the robot, or it's completely black.
- Templar zombies spawning to the left of deadshot having pathfinding issues and just standing there..
- Flamethrower damage being insignificant.
- Some collision issues, right corner of the shield buildable table allowing you to peek through the walls. And the wall near elemental pop going into church.
- Shield tunnel being weird to navigate due to the foliage/mesh that's covering.
- Wallbuy's cash not updating for pack a punch ammo; (If manual restarting, wallbuys cost show 0, manual/custom restart conflict?)
my first game skipped the round 5 panzer so the electro soulbox couldnt spawn.
ee was ok. wonder weapon from the ee was a cool idea but it kinda misses the monkey bomb effect of attracting zombies. all the box weapons are fun as hell one of the best mystery boxes in custom zombies.
usually like my maps small but wish this map was bigger.
after that just tried surviving and have fun with what I could do
wdy with electro thing where? killed the panzers twice and looked for half an hour.
also didnt find the red disc only the purple one.
1) Severe loss of FPS
2) On the Robot's path after spawn (going to Speed Cola), if you slide and jump, you hit a Death Barrier
3) A Panzer round 4 is way too early, and 2 starting at round 7 is way too much on early round with how WaW are weaks
