As I don't speak Japanese, the Japanese translation is generated by AI. You can modify it in MOD_ROOT/Database/ModLocalisation/Ja/ModStringTableJaMachineTranslation.xml, and I would also appreciate it if you could send me the corrected translation file

Thank you for your reply. The explanation is normal, but the section about the disease name has a very long English sentence written in it. The opening part says "I'm happy to help with the translation," and it's about 20 lines long.

@WDZRMPCBIT Ah, that makes sense, and I agree that players such as myself who enjoy manually diagnosing are likely a minority, so your current arrangement for the AI is preferable. I will bravely take a peek and see if I can figure out how to reorder the tests to make more sense for a human. :)

@Octavion DLC_TRAINING_HOURLY_IMPROVEMENT is 0.01 and DLC_TRAINING_HOURLY_IMPROVEMENT_FAST_LEARNER is 0.013

@Reedtanguerra Exams are sorted by priority, where I set the priority based on the number of symptoms each exam can detect, rather than alphabetical order. I believe this allows the AI doctor to diagnose more symptoms faster, although it may not be user-friendly for players : (

@Reedtanguerra I do agree. This package of mods is really good. And I do agree with your proposition, but it will be a big job to check one by one the order.

Furthermore, as for Hematology, it would be nice to remove the mandatory echo room for Urology by putting the minimum to zero. I've done it myself, but it would be better to add it in this great mod.

I'm hesitant to ask as I'm not sure how this all works in the back end, but would it be possible to rearrange the order of the diagnostic tests in the available examination list to make more sense? I play with the Specialist mode of the Doctor DLC on and all patients set to manual for the fun of diagnosing the patients myself. Currently, the diagnostic tests are ordered all over the place in the list. The x-rays are on 4 different pages of the list for example instead of being clustered together. Ideally, the diagnostic list would be formatted with the basic emergency dept diagnostics first followed by such things as blood tests & x-rays, and then more specialist tests clustered together by department as the patient moves deeper into the hospital. Could this be done?

I've removed for SYSTEMIC_TERBINAFINE (Sexual health) the two lines about hospitalization because it was impossible to use this treatment in the office.
Furthermore, I recommend to remove the mandatory laboratory for hematology department because it is more flexible to have the choice.
About gynecology, I don't know why, but the examination heart monitoring was not proposed in the trauma center, even if it is a alternative examination for ECG. So I've added this examination directly in the gynecology diagnoses list.

里面的血液科为什么在电脑控制病人的情况下不会自动给病人点可用的治疗方式和诊断方式。别的科室都没这问题。

Hi, when I download a mod and load it as the last one, I launch the game and everything runs fine. The only issue is that the mod doesn’t show up in the building section — only the basic departments can be built. I’d need some advice on where the problem is, or how to build hospital departments from this mod. I’m playing on a MacBook.

Hello, I'm playing the game in Japanese.
Even though it's still morning and well within the diagnosis hours, my patients keep saying they're "about to leave" and try to go home early.
Is there a way to fix this?
