I like the beginning, this mod removes 2 errors from the rimjobworld and Allow Tool mods, and the cool thing is that this mod does not use third-party frameworks.
I am compiling a collection of 500+ mods and noticed that the more frameworks, the lower the FPS, different modders use their own frameworks for their mods, which does not have a very good effect on FPS if the collection has more than 100 mods.
I have not tested it in the game yet, I will check it now, good luck to the Author!

@kalle2000 yeah, it's due to Combat Extended, unfortunately. Can't do much about it for now.

Great mod!
I've got a problem with the Vacsuit boots and gloves. Combat Extended makes the Vacsuit cover hands and feet so i can't make my pawns wear your boots and gloves with a Vacsuit. I checked the XML patches and only this mod and Combat Extended patches the Vacsuit XML.

@Alerios it may be another mod causing this issue then, do look through your modlist and see if there could be any conflict

If by "under" you mean, after VE armor, then yes that's exactly what I did, especially since in the load order your mod is red if I put it before VE armor.

@Alerios did you load it in the correct order, because that issue is known to me, and I implemented a fix that can be avoided by loading this mod under VE armor. Also, the empire nobles will be taken care of in a future update.

And the Empire nobles don't have eltex boots and gloves. They have no shoes to wear.

Btw, it looks like the mod enters in conflict with Vanilla Expanded Armor for the Empire pawns (champions). Before adding the mod, the champions were having plate boots. When adding your mod, the champions suddenty don't have feet armor anymore, not even yours. The troopers got their plate armor boots replaced by recon boots.

@Life_Beyond_Rose yes, but it does offer more options for you. Also, CE does not have flak gloves and boots, so that is a pretty big use case.

In CE environment,pawn cannot wear these amazing boots and gloves with armors (marine armor etc) simultaneously, because CE add foot coverage , is that truth ?:steamsad:

@TrollofReason it is intentional that certain boots and gloves only affects carry stack size. Also, that stat has no pertinence on how big of a weapon a pawn can hold, just how many items they can haul.

Uh, quick suggestion & clarification: There are two things going on in determining what or how much a pawn can hold or carry. It's weird, I know, but as it stands the Crusader gloves & boots are, perhaps, incomplete. "Carry Capacity" determines only how large of a thing a pawn can hold & use. Useful for actually firing a minigun. While "Mass Capacity" is what determines how much stuff a pawn can have in their inventory at once, including their weapon & armor when not drafted, or carrying stuff for trade.

I'm humbly asking for the boots & gloves to give both. XD Because it'd be hilariously good.

@Alex indeed, it's like that for all bionics that replace arms and legs. It's a vanilla bug/feature, but I did recommend a couple of mods in the question section that would solve this travesty.

@CatLover366 Hi, apparently Archotech Legs, while having a foot and toes, do not count as body parts for your mods. But apparently it only blocks interaction when both legs or arms are replaced. A pawn with only 1 archotech leg can wear boots.

This is such a nice mod! Thank you very much for making it!

I noticed a small mod interaction that could maybe be changed. None of the armor from this mod count towards the "wearing heavy/metallic armor" mood buff/debuff from the bulwark meme from Alpha Memes, while even vanilla flak vests do.

Thanks again for making this great mod! I'm using a quite limited mod list, but this mod is certainly going to stay on it!

@TheSimpleDude42 Full armor plus these boots and gloves would provide an excessive amount of armor to the hands and feet. If you wish to have both full armor and this mod, it is very simple to edit the layer xml yourself.

Could you make the boots (especially the vac ones) sit on the Drape or Eye layer? Like how Vanilla apparel expended does so, it can maintain compatibility with the mod Full armor AND Vanilla apparel expended so you don't hear 2 sets of boots at once?

RimSort must have decided to ignore that then, I'm guessing its sorting rules are cached and not updated frequently enough when you download/update mods

That is a problem you would get if you loaded VE Armour after this mod, which I did warn against by putting VE Armour in the loadAfter section of this mod.

@Behemoth64 I've tried, but I shelved it because I couldn't make satisfactory art for it (mechanitors can probably use recon equipment). I will come back to it if I come up with something nice though.
