I forgot to delete that message, sorry. The problem ended up being a mod called "More Power Storage". The capacitors in it weren't updated for Overclocking and caused issues. I assumed it was this mod, because I uninstalled that one and the problem still occurred, but lingering assets from that mod after it was removed were the cause of the issue. You're mod's fine.

I've never had this problem before, but I'll take a look.
