the large and skull champions deal 2 full hearts of damage and with wafer it only gets reduced to 1 full heart instead of a half
You mean that ENEMIES DEAL MORE DAMAGE IF THEY GET DAMAGE UPS?!
This mod is insane! =D
Also, IMO there should be a setting if more than 1 heart of damage is allowed.
if not then turn on more gameplay affecting ones until the audio issues comes back so we can narrow it down to what mods could cause incompatibilities

she stomped near one of her eyes right when i hurt her enough to spawn a rocket... and then the explosion hitting both parts her enough to spawn ANOTHER rocket, etc. etc.
she killed herself in half a second, i love this mod so much
Damage ups are now half as effective against the Keepers so getting oneshot takes twice as much damage

The item count modifier setting now has an option to always choose the same amount of items
if it appeared for bosses then it's working as intended
