I recommend trying to figure it out yourself first before doing my tutorial but if you're desperate to win and want to know my strategy that beat Brok read below. v v v
While far away from Brok: When at such a distance you can safely assume Brok won't try using his regular combo punch attack use your stronger punch attack to knock him back.
While he's immobilized rush back into position then throw the hard punch attack again. Repeat until either Brok goes down or...
While close to Brok: Rush towards the side directly of where Brok is and immediately put up your block and begin using your "tail" (kick) attack while holding block to attack Brok while preventing Brok from being able to knock you over.
Make sure you're facing away from Brok or the "tail" (kick) attack won't be aimed at him.
Also don't attempt to use a stronger attack at this distance as it will just be countered by Brok's normal attack.
