Is this still in development? I had an idea to replace one of the more underwhelming powers. I never really find the offensive abilities useful, but what I always wish it would have is some kind of ability to generate defensive bubbles. Imagine being able to spawn a cluster of bubble entities that very slowly spread out, that not only absorb ranged attacks but when a hostile entity walks past or through them, they pop, temporarily stunning them. It could be a quick cast, something you could generate while the pawn moves. I know its proabably a lot of work, but it's something I feel i'd use a lot. WAY more then Hydrend or Scalding Strike.

Maybe the ability to control the flow of blood in the victim's body on a Т5-Т6, which will take control of the enemy for a while and and it will gradually and continuously deal low damage while the ability is active.(like the victim's attempts to resist).

1) Clean's just to keep it similar to names like "Mend" and "Power"

2) It does scale with the amount of bleeding wounds, each affected part gets the hediff if the pawn has a bleeding wound there.

3) Making it projectile based would require making a patch for CE and i'd rather avoid that.

4) Laceraqua's damage can be tweaked.

3) It seems a little weird that Hydrend only damages equipment. Maybe make it: A) a projectile that hits a target, giving it a body part to hit; B) Damage equipment on the targeted body part, starting from the outside layer; C) Damage the pawn if there is no equipment to damage.

4) Laceraqua seems a little overpowered, flavor wise. Make just reword it so that it 'agitates' the water inside someone to push and pull on their cellular walls? Perhaps a thesaurus would be a good idea, I don't know. It's just that 'little blades inside someone' seems like the kind of thing that would cause instant death to all but the toughest organisms.

I'd like to make some suggestions. I haven't actually played this mod yet, so most of these are flavor-oriented suggestions:

1) Clean has a bit of a disconnect between cleaning a target apparel and cleaning an area. Maybe change it to something like 'purifying splash', have it be targeted at the ground, and clean & douse an area - and if apparel happens to be there, it gets cleaned too.

2) Salt Wounds seems a little overpowered; salt water isn't THAT painful. Maybe make it increase the pain of all affected wounds a little, but target an area instead for balance reasons? Dousing someone with a dozen bleeding wounds would be absolutely painful, but hitting a guy with a single cut would just make them hiss in pain.

think about it - most planets is over 50% solid water tiles. Imagine "underwater bases". Mechanoids don't care about being under water. And pirates? Yar yar, return to their roots with underwater warcaskets that make them look like big daddies.

you know what they need to do for the next rimworld dlc? Aquatics. The mod author of the fish folk, Merrin is updating the mod and planning to make it even bigger. You got this mod for water psychics. We got odyssey for OXYGEN MECHANICS AND AIR LEAKS/hull. This is literally begging for a subnautica style expansion to rimworld with underwater/oxygen mechanics.

the wellspring is insane XD one pawn with that, and all ther rest of my pawns never need to meditate. i can just set my wellspringer to meditate all day, and the rest of my psycasters can work, and right before they all go to sleep, my wellspringer can pop and they all gain like... 30-40 psyfocus while they sleep.

Definitely very good, but Purifying Tide needs a downside, instant illness purification is WAY too strong in a game where most illnesses are major events

Dude please keep making these, they are the best psycast mods around. Also, idk if you're open to suggestions, but would you ever consider a psycast tree themed around stealth and invisibility? The nightstalker path in vpe doesnt execute it the best and could be a niche filled with more of your amazing work

thought about it on a whim, but what about an ability that spawns a bubble around someone's head, to drown them until theyre unconcious? maybe a special hedif that lasts for x amount of time along with damage to the lungs, potentially destroying one of them
