There are not 153 passengers, there should be 550. Most likely you have capacity mod enabled or something like that.

hey for me the discription says only 153 passengers and its only taking 33 passengers. i dont know if o did something wrong or if this is a bug.

Nice, however the whole ship fleet in TPF2 needs a an update with modern passenger and cargo ships. Most ships appearing seem to be Russian origin but none that are European/American, sadly it doesn’t seem to be a priority for modders
