I have tested it as much as I could but please report any bugs or issues with balancing :)
might i suggest a bit more detail on some of the weapons. one sticks out, the cattle prod, i figured electric meant it would stun mechs but testing it on a diabalous was a bit iffy. a note in the description about emp effects would be helpful.
If you really want something added please also post it in the suggestions discussion, it is hard for me to keep track or things in the comments.

The sonic emitters also have a paralyzing option, as does the Compliance Regulator- You're already looking at non-lethal stuff, so fitting the sonic emitters in would cover a fairly wide spectrum of utility, especially if you could use a gadget to swap the sonic file on demand.
Big fan of the mod so far. Keep it up at your own pace.
