Unfortunately I haven't found much time to continue work on this mod update, however, I'm going to try and force myself into some spare time over the weekend and tackle the feedback and reported bugs

After the save reloaded, the labels will disappear

Am I able to rotate where the label is located? For example, if my label currently automatically generates on the lefthand wall of a room, can I rotate it so the label is instead located at the bottom wall of the room?

for example, overlapping appears when a stockpile zone is surrounded by walls, a warehouse and so on.

When both 'Show room names' and 'Show stockpile zone labels' are checked the labels overlap and look weird. Unchecking any of this makes useful labels of stockpiles or rooms dissappear. Maybe to make an option, in case of overlapping only one label is shown?

@PolarBear @ShyGuySpirit if possible, could you see if you notice this issue when you load the game you were already playing (like reloading an autosave) or if this also happens when loading a save for the first time after booting the game

I am getting an error about there not being a font found for the labels? i uninstalled and reinstalled but it keeps popping the error window up stating the fonts are missing.

Minor Update: 1.6.3.2

- Added a 1.5 compatible backported assembly, this will remain updated with any future 1.6 changes to this mod until we hit big discrepancies after which we cut the 1.5 building and leave the assembly as-is
- Improved performance tracking using Dubs Performance Analyser
- Slightly tweaked the settings and custom label menu items for better performance

Performance was verified as MINIMAL with at peaks only up to 3% frame impact

no i literally cant switch to 1.6, I have three mods that I specifically made for 1.5. I'll just use the default, damnit.. or just make my own forked version of this xD

@MegaZillaDestroyer12, creating a reverse compatible version would be quite the undertaking, not something I have time available for, your current options are either using the 1.5 (basic customisation) version or pulling your game and all mods to the 1.6 version.

I personally recommend the last one, the update brings a lot of improvements to the vanilla game, landmarks, better pawn pathing, etc!

yeahh most of my mods are 1.5... :( could u perhaps maybe make a 1.5 version? im not begging i just really really wanna use this mod

@MegaZillaDestroyer12 1.6 did a profound change im how the world objects are handled and the mod was updated to make full use of this 1.6 system. If you have the option, I’d recommend upgrading your game.

The older version has the base functionalities all there, so if you want the labels and don’t care about customisation, you can use the 1.5 version for sure!

@Nuanki did a big performance update in previous major update, brought it down to a bare minimum, if you have dubs performance analyser installed, compared to the old version, logic execution and impact have been reduced by half. Feel free to test it out and let me know how it feels!

damn, I really wanted to use this mod since its got more customization ( I think ), i don't really know the differences between this and the original, if you could list these differences i might consider switching to 1.6

Version 1.6.3 - Major Update

Removed support for any version other than 1.6

🎨 New Features
- Font support - We now allow selecting other fonts in the mod settings!
- Language support - We now have fonts available with full Cyrillic and Latin Extended support

Russian letters are also not supported. While mod says it supports 11 languages, including russian, Russian letters are not supported, which forces to rename every room in latin to work.

Ah, so from what I understand, it’s the font itself that only contains the most common characters? That might be why accented letters aren’t showing. Perhaps using a font with full Unicode support could help, since it would include a wider range of characters and allow accents and other special symbols to display properly

@gatoviejo the font used is the same like the old version so that problem will still happen, i can try to create a replacement thing but for now you can also just press R when moused over room to give it a custom name without accents

In 1.5, I had an issue where accented letters wouldn’t appear. For example, “HABITACIÓN 1” would show up as “HABITACI N 1.” Does this still happen, or has it been fixed? If not, could I suggest automatically removing the accent, so it shows as “HABITACION 1”

@Marcus @Quiana The hugslib dependency is now officially gone and fully replaced with in-house implementations
