For the "dazzle mode", can you give it a minor version of "jamming/PPC disrupt on hit" effect for zero damage vs everything except buildings and other "soft" targets for half the heat?

honestly, LBX THICC Small Laser sounds like a fun thing to boat on fast scouts

Dazzle mode will be my own "take" on it for mercs which will be less damage to armor+ more damage to structure, with a shotgun pulse effect

the gimmick of "Dazzle" mode I don't think will be useful outside of Gothic, it does standard damage to abominations but half to everything else, but produces half heat.You could try to do something like half vs mechs but standard vs tanks and vtols, but I don't think that'd be too useful.
