@Jim Your whole argument seems to be centering arounf "It was 90s Kentucky and everyone had cigs" but you're not taking the setting into account. A virus has started to affect everyone and the military ordered an evacuation. Everyone evacuating would have taken their cigs with them, who knows if they would be able to get more during the evac. Those that got out, had their cigs. Those that didn't, died with their cigs. Do you really want to smoke the cigarettes you pulled off of a walking corpse? Who knows what is on them, even when many didn't know or care about the risks of smoking, they would know that the cigs that were on the corpse probably aren't good for your health and would stay away. Would you prefer that Unlockk makes an infected cigarette item that is identical to regular ones but has a 1/5 chance to make you sick if you smoke it? So the lack of cigs in the world is people taking them. The lack on the corpses are the character knowing they aren't worth taking.

@unlockk Last night I subbed this and it was not working something until I realized I had to turn this mod on in-game and now it worked. My bad lol but nice mod though. I don't play this game very much but the game is interesting.

@unlockk No it doesnt. Again. IT was the 90's People carried cigarettes on their person, in their cars, on their nightstand. people smoked inside their homes. (shocker I know) it wasnt the faux pas it is today. Trust me I was there.

So they are not in nightstands, desk, on zombies, in cars seats or glove boxes, in wardrobes, bathrooms or shelves. not in kitchen draws or cupboards.
