[B41] 10 Years Later - No Trees on Road (Replaced by Bush)

For those who want to avoid the issue, it's definitely the bush generation code coupled with bad rng luck causing the crash. I'd suggest to edit the lua script from the mod, at line 86, remove:

TreeReplacer.createBush(square)

You won't get the bushes, but you won't get any crashes (and other weird exceptions)

Seems to cause a crash (SP) in several consistent world map locations. One easy to check for is in Westpoint, south-west / west of the big school building.

xception thrown java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot read field "name" because the return value of "zombie.iso.IsoObject.getSprite()" is null at ItemPickerJava.rollProceduralItem line:568.

While I find it weird it'd be causing issues with container's procedural content, i also noticed that some of the bushes have an inventory for some reason, so that might be tied to it?

So, using this mod causes SERIOUS issues in multiplayer and I really don't recommend it for multiplayer, at least not for a dedicated server.

It will seem to work, but as soon as two players are near each other, the server outright crashes. Unfortunately we had to remove this mod just to get our server working again.

okay so now the tress are gone but how do i get rid of the atupid amount of cars just on the road

Haven’t looked into 10y just yet personally, but I figured I’d ask here since this mod was a gift from the heavens I was sending prayers for due to my very recent interest in the game again.

I'm dealing with a massive amount of dead car pileups that do naught but cause slowdowns. Its very bad on the highways. Anyway to deal with these in bulk? Apologies again if this isn't a good place to ask.

In most cases no since it entirely depends on dirt and some specific grass tiles for the trees to be replaced.

would this work without 10 years later to affect stuff not growning on roads
