Ive really enjoyed this set! But on Stasis Earrings, altho the item claims to give Elegy, it actually only gives Smite, which makes it extremely weak. But even if it were Elegy, it still seems weak in most cases because the calculations are especially difficult to take advantage of. Even a dedicated build struggles to make the buff last for any appreciable duration compared to the cooldown. And its further hindered because reductions to your abilities cooldowns from other loot doesnt seem to actually get factored into the math for this item's cooldown... So, right now this item is almost always like a worse version of Ornamental Bell. Even with Elegy, best case scenario it struggles to be anywhere close to as good as sapphire violin, which meanwhile buffs whole party instead of just yourself

Personally I think the math on this item could stay the same, but instead grant the "NOVA" (+50%) buff? itd be more exciting and also singlehandedly justify playing around this item's tricky math
