Version 1.3 is now live, adding a major new feature: "NPC Stations"

NPC Stations are 3x4 Furniture versions of their respective Town NPC. Each Town NPC sells the Station version of themselves.

NPC Stations allow you to craft the items sold by their respective Town NPC using Coins.

These are intended to allow you to replace your Town NPC if you are approaching the world projectile cap. They also allow you to essentially use the Town NPC as a decoration, such as having multiple copies of various guards that you could place around.

Thanks! I may be able to do that in the future, although this mod has config options that allow you to disable npcs, so for a temporary fix you could just disable all of them except the ones you want :]

Nice mod but I was wondering if you can create a lite version that just adds in the Guards.

@Crucible - Thank you for bringing this to my attention! You are correct, turns out there was indeed an error on my part, causing him to require the Townhouse Deed instead. This has been corrected, and a hotfix was just realeased to solve the issue! Sorry for the inconvenience!

I can't seem to get the Forester to spawn. I'm pre-Skeletron and beat the eye again just to be safe, I have a vacant room, but it's been a week since and they still haven't spawned.

You should direct NPC suggestions to the "Planned NPCs and NPC Requests" Discussion :]. I'll go ahead and answer it here though. Im not sure about bosses, its something I havnt tried to make yet, but I may do so in the future, so I'll keep that in mind. I like the names though. I'll try and hold them until I atleast attempt a boss and see if I can get it working in a way im happy with!

Idea: Demon Knight and Crimson Knight
Mini-bosses found on the surface of their representative biomes that become NPC's once you beat them.
