hmmm, well in that case once I get around to it, the Wolfenbine NPC pack will likely have friendly npcs so youll be able to have the friendly npcs. I forgot about tfa vox didnt even know there was a npc version for it lol

Also, if you're curious about how i reskin rebel npcs. I just use the Total Replacer mod. Replace all the rebel skins, and Voila. The only requirement is that the skin i want to replace those with needs to have citizen animation, else it won't work.

Actually, there is a workaround for that one. Just use Tfa npc vox mod and change which npc model should use certain voice. Trepang and Helghast vox seems closer to a combine like voice.

Using a faction mod or playing on a map that turns the combine friendly to you is probably your best bet to get what you want. They weren't really meant to be "friendly" but I know what you mean. If there was a voice that changed the rebels to make them sound like combine or something I would have included a friendly version but sadly there is not one.

Wish there were the citizen version. I know that there are ways to spawn them as friendlies, but having them as citizens means that i can reskin the rebel npcs into them
