Fixed Repent not having the bleed requirement and cooldown

Really cool looking mod, but I checked and Repent does not seem to require bleed according to the tooltips

Every now and then the weapon kit and effects fail, turning back to the default. The weapon kit still appears in the menu, just doesn't work, and the modded skills still function properly. This has happened twice for me, weirdly the first time the whole model completely failed to load until a few game restarts -- but it just fixed itself after a few battles?? I have no other mods aside from skin and palette mods - one of them IS for Flagellant, Malign - and I'm playing on Kingdoms. Love the mod, effects are beautiful and it plays great!!

Makes sense, I can make the unlock condition for the path something else then, so it's compatible with Darkest Delight.

Finally found the culprit, it was Darkest Delight, for some reason it breaks the mod, I'll just use one or the other, thank you!

He should still appear in confessions even if you have memories

Little update: I managed to play the path (it's very very cool) it works on Kingdom for me, but not on confession, my best guess is because my Flagellant has memories prior to dowloading the mod on confession.

I don't know how to do that unfortunately, but there is a mod that restores flagellant's classic look from DD1 and looks like it'll have custom animations
