The question is more if you have access to Rgon nightly build or not, if you do, yes, it works just fine. if you don't, then no as you don't have Rgon since this a Repentogon Exclusive mod.

Also, I'll ask just to be sure, does this work with Repentance+? I don't see it written anywhere, but for some odd reason it could still work, so it's better if I directly ask, then.

I'm really glad whenever I see an actually Good Mod that adds new Consumables, Especially Cards and Pills; I'm more than happy to see this kind of mod, to expand one of the featured References on Isaac to be more Noticeable.
