Yes, it is my interpretation. Probably we will never be 100% sure exactly how it looked. Sources are poor and not complete.
But if I do them a simple helmets, they will look like those from the basic version and the idea of mod will fall.

The thing is i'm probably thinking too much of the celts as the gauls.
Your point seems valid but in gaul at least nothing like that was ever found and actually most helmets are quite simple and are not decorated at all.
To make it historically accurate I would have reduced the amount of fancy helmets and would have give these fancy helmets to the leaders only.
Also I would love to see the helmet from waterloo bridge gone forever the real one couldn't have been worn by an adult.

There are sources of Samnite, Roman, Etruscan, Iberian winged helmets. Gaules were between them so it is possible that they used them too. Culture then be penetrated. The Gauls took elements of Roman, even Greek. In turn, the Greeks took elements from the Celts.

Very nice ! But are the wings are a big historical mistake only Asterix wears them...Sadly I won't use your mod because of that.

So cool and much needed. It was always so difficult to find the enemies general hiding amongst the corpses. Now my engineers can see him!

In my campaign all of the illyrian general models are replaced by your celtic models. Is your mod supposed to do this?

I first saw your work for the Rome 1, and i really enjoyed it - great job, man ;)

I would like to ask you about your last mods - 'Legacy of Alexander II' and gold skin pack II - when are you going to release them? Will be there reskin for all HELLENISTIC factions and their units , or only for some of them?
You see , i just want to replay Rome 2 with your final mods and would like to know , when it will happen :)

Did you know Romans got soap from gauls?
They were a suprisingly clean people, and very much enjoyed bright colors and jewlery.

Please make Greek generals reskin,i really like roman and this mod.

@Royal_lifeguard, why do you believe that barbarians weren't sparkly clean? Too stupid to scrub their armour or something?

If anything they would have looked better than other warriors. Celts were all about the swag.
