This is a condition set by the gamemode itself, like the sounds of footsteps. (For example, the scout's footsteps are mechanical if you play sandbox)

You can do whatever you want with these models. They're essentially just replacements for the standard CSS models.

Can I have permission to decompile this addon? I'd like to take a crack at making my own playermodel replacement mod for the Map Sweepers classes.

I did restart the game and I just tried again and the sounds still aren't working. The only sound I've heard is Engineer letting out a death groan once.

Try restarting the game, every addon that changes something in audio always requirement restarting game first. Also voice lines can also be a bit buggy due to the large number of enemies.

well. looking at how i just spawned the rebel helicopter from LVS, WITHOUT TEXTURES, i guess i gotta connect to a actual wifi network, and redownload everything

I just checked, I have everything alright with the models. I don't know what could be wrong.

My only problem is that on the kill chips or smth, are always missing textures - juggernauts "eyes" are also missing textures - tried redownloading, didnt work

No, there are no additional requirements, try just restart the game. Or delete something that is related to models (for example NPC Replacement, Enhanced playermodel selector and all that stuff)
