v2.0.0 has dropped. This is a BIG update. It will likely not work as expected, if at all, with existing saves.

Highlights:

* Reorganized effects into less cards, grouped according to thematic similarity. The description on Steam Workshop has been updated accordingly, as has the README.
* Commerce Overwhelming: Add Homeland Treasure Fleets, and +2 resource slots in Settlements with Factories.
* Conquest Overwhelming: Combat vs Fortifications is now Combat vs Districts, and the bonus is reduced from +10 to +5.
* Conquest Overwhelming: Promotes all commanders by 1. The prior +3 for the first commander stopped working when Trung Trac was reworked.
* Tradition Overwhelming: Receive a Great Work upon capturing a Settlement for the first time.
* All effects explicitly exclude AI players.
* Removed dependence upon existing leader effects, where possible.

If I only want this to apply to the AI, how would that be possible?

@Dark Lord of History: No. The bonuses from this mod are explicitly coded to only apply to human players.

Does the AI get access to these bonuses?

I'm missing some kind of capital bonus, I don't know, and it's possible to increase the number of specialists? But one thing I do know: if a new personality comes with some unique bonus, it would be good to update.
