You fixed it to be the wrong wing. The 1999 Mitsubishi Evo has a taller wing. That wing looks like its off a Subaru WRX gc8. The size it was in the rear window before you edited it was the correct size. Also the style of it is a little wrong the side of the wing doesn't curve and is strait

The rear wing doesn't line up which ruins it. It's the correct one in the rear window but its too low on the left at the back. It looks more like the wing on a gc8 wrx in that bit
