There is only one 'new' research, the rest of the unlocks are added to vanilla research projects. the main barrier comes from the endgame item(s)

Ok, I've fixed the issue with the sensor. Because Sos2 has their own sensors, if you use Sos2 you will need to build the advanced sensor cluster. it will also provide a similar buff to research speed to compensate.

I've also added a couple of extra things primarily a tenative patch to give this mod compatibility with Combat Extended.

It seems this mod is incompatible to some degree with sos2, as if you have sos2 and build starflight sensors, the archotech fundamentals research is still locked and can't be researched

The mod does add a faction so i can't say for sure. It doesn't do anything too breaking but I can never say yes because I have seen weird things happen.

I really like the idea of this! More things that force the play to not sit and turtle but directly engage with the world and factions. The Grav ship makes hunting stuff down so much more approachable as well. I just need a Medieval "Magic" style reskin of all the Grav stuff and I can have questing Wizards in a flying fortress.

It should be noted that if playing passive, you will want to avoid 'decrypting' anything before accessing the new research, as enforcement raids will still spawn with the toggle on.

@tanyfilina For the theme of the mod the main idea is raiding. While I don't feel that there should be an alternative method by default , I HAVE gone ahead and added a mod option for this mod called Passive Mode that will let you encounter the structures while exploring outside of faction bases. Toggling it will require a game restart.
