Yes, definitely a load order, however with T4H it would be best not to activate as that mod adds new units and needs a heavy update for AI.

Just tested NATO using sandbox, might be a load order thing? I got (Badtatt's > CFT-for the UAV> Sandbox of doom)

I might be missing something here, but it works just fine as china in conquest with sandbox (love that T34). It dosent work with 4 hourseman...but they changed the tech tree so i assume that cant be helped

I don't know, nothing has changed.

The models themselves changed. Not the textures. The m60 Patton is still used by the United States and some other factions in the first era. Check the difference between china, nato for example.
