well the patch changed even the folder structure, along with any mod that adds recipes is broken due to code changes :)

Hello. Please change the encoding of the files in the RU language to UTF-8. Cyrillic alphabet is normally displayed in this format only.

I will have to check this as New Containers was a file I was waiting on to really be able to play B42. Even the intent to port it deserves support.

@Captain Cox "Put Animals in Bags" lets you do that. So I imagine you could use that with this.

That's a shame, I wonder if the code from the "two chickens at once" mod could be customised. That allows the animals you carry to sit in your inventory when you switch to a weapon and not need putting on the floor.

I don't believe so, no. Pet carriers exist only as a standard container item; if you can't put live animals in a container, you can't put them in pet carriers.

Any way of putting animals in the pet carriers?

This mod can be added to an existing save. However, the containers will only spawn in areas not yet loaded / loot populated.

can i add this in an existing save?

I really like this mod but it feels like nothing ever spawns in these containers for some reason

@Tilarium No, the problem is when people take the mods and reupload them without making an effort to contact the original author for permission. I completely understand if the author doesn't respond, And I think theres a grey area there, but if authors refuse to take the step of even ASKING the original author, thats what I do not support.

Mod authors come and go and sometimes come back. As a result a lot of mods become outdated and no longer working with the current version of a game. It's always been an excepted practice for others to fork the mod and update it. That's not a problem or something in the wrong. The problem comes when the fork doesn't credit the original mod and author. This one does, so there is nothing wrong with the author putting this up until such time as the original author is back and updates the original mod.

@SolarMaximum you mean there are people that respect the authors original work and don't appreciate it being taken and reuploaded without any attempt to reach out to the original author?

If @Depraved Arachnophile has reached out to the original author and got no response or anything, I see it as far less of a problem as someone like BuchoJefe who decided to just upload a bunch of peoples maps without even making an attempt to speak to them first.

there are people who dont like fun going around reporting these "unofficial" mods and taking them down so i suggest everyone to sub to the og one and make a backup of this one on your pc because there is a high chance it will be taken down.
